We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged Items in Transit

We carefully package every order, but if your item arrives damaged, we’re here to support you.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Send all claims to: tranquility55llc@gmail.com

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

Additional Information

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted

Photos are required for all damage claims

Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance are natural due to our handcrafted process

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to handling or environmental conditions.
